Please read these terms carefully before using our transportation brokerage services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DC Premier Limo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Our Service
DC Premier Limo operates as a professional transportation service serving Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We provide premium chauffeur services with our network of professional drivers and quality vehicles.
All transportation services are provided by independent third-party operators who are responsible for the actual provision of transportation services.
3. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the transportation provider
- Rates quoted are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual service requirements
- Special requests and modifications are subject to provider availability and additional charges
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or special services
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and provider terms
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees
- No-shows will be charged the full amount
- Specific cancellation terms may vary by service provider
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IMPORTANT: DC Premier Limo provides professional transportation services in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY for the actions, omissions, or performance of third-party transportation providers, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or mechanical failures
- Driver conduct, punctuality, or professionalism
- Property damage or personal injury
- Service delays, cancellations, or no-shows by providers
- Quality of vehicles or services provided
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: You agree to hold DC Premier Limo harmless from any and all costs, damages, claims, or expenses arising from or related to transportation services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and destination information
- Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Report any issues directly to the service provider and to us
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities or transportation of illegal substances
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward drivers
- Damage to vehicles or property
- Fraudulent bookings or payment disputes
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transportation services should first be addressed with the service provider. We will assist in facilitating communication but are not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and providers.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
